Are there specific property rules, such as noise schedules or restrictions on facility use?

Most of our properties are located within clubs or developments that have their own rules. Generally, noise or loud music is not allowed. Regarding facilities, all pools and areas within the developments are available for use. If you have a specific question about a reserved property, please contact us.

What additional services are offered on the property, such as cleaning, transportation, or excursions?

All properties are delivered clean. If you require additional cleaning you can contact us for more information. Regarding transportation or excursions, we do not offer those services, but we can recommend someone. Please contact us for more information.

Are towels and bedding provided on the property?

Yes, all properties include bath towels and beach towels. All beds include linens.

How can I contact the host if I have questions or problems during my stay?

You can contact us through the contact form on the website, within the reservation app such as Airbnb, Booking, Expedia or VRBO.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

Please contact us to learn about the process. Currently, we charge a cancellation fee if it's made less than 24 hours before your arrival.

What is the check-in and check-out process?

Normally, our check-in is flexible, you can enter from 3 pm and check-out is before 11 am.
